*ALL ORDERS HAVE TO BE A MINIMUM OF $15.00 BEFORE SHIPPING COSTS. IF MINIMUM OF $15.00 IS NOT REACHED A 15% FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

*THERE WILL BE A $10.00 DECLINE FEE FOR ANY DECLINED CREDIT CARD FOR ANY REASON (PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER CORRECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION)

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAKE TWO CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD, THE FIRST CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR THE MERCHANDISE TOTAL AND THE SECOND ONE FOR THE SHIPPING TOTAL. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR SHIPPING WE WILL TAKE OFF ITEMS TO LOWER SHIPPING COST.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that shipping for international orders is going to be higher, unfortunatelly the estimated amount of the shipping on our web is only for the United States and not for international orders.

1. YOU CAN ORDER THROUGH THE MAIL - Please note that all charges for shipping are estimates, so you might not have enough money for shipping if you mail in your order with a Money Order, if you have any money left over it will be returned to you in a Credit Slip. If you don't have enough money for shipping, we will remove items from your order to lower shipping costs.
*PLEASE NOTE....Shipping charges may vary depending on weight of the items.

2. ALL ORDERS are filled the same day the order is received. We have fast and courteous service. PLEASE REMEMBER all orders received by mail or placed here on our website will be shipped with whichever carrier is less expensive for you. If you wish for your order to be sent out via USPS or UPS please note so in the comment box at the end of your order. UPS Ground Shippings will take approximately 4-5 days for you to receive. If the package is shipped out via USPS it will take 3-4 working days for you to receive your order.

3. RETURNS AND CREDITS - No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization and there is a 25% restocking fee on all items plus shipping charges. Absolutely NO RETURNS on tarot cards, books, kits, amulets, talismans or items made or fixed especially for you. No returns will be accepted later than 10 days after the items are delivered to you.

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE - If you have a problem with your order, or have any questions regarding your order, please call 1-210-922-6665 or fax at 1-210-932-1173. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time Zone.

6. If you don't find what you want on our web site, write to us or send us an e-mail and we will try our best to find what you're looking for.

7. For better and faster service and to save you money, have your credit card and order numbers ready before calling to place an order.

8. We DO NOT ship COD orders.

9. Any orders placed thru the website would have to come with a BILLING address the same one that appears in your monthly statement. By Law.


11. EXTRA NOTE - When ordering candles, add $1.25 per candle for shipping.
